Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Aura Interact website, software platforms, SaaS products (such as DDAM, AuraReal XR, VisionScape XR), or engaging our consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of an enterprise or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.

Website Usage

You agree to use our corporate website, resource downloads, contact forms, and demo requests for lawful purposes only. You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website, Firebase Database, or associated Cloud Infrastructure.

Services & Products

Aura Interact provides advanced spatial computing solutions, including:

• Software: SaaS products, XR applications, and training platforms.
• Consulting: Digital Twin solutions, BIM services, and AI-powered enterprise integrations (including NVIDIA Omniverse).
• Enterprise Projects: Custom AR/VR/MR development tailored to specific client specifications.

All project quotations, timelines, and deliverables for enterprise projects will be governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW).

Copyright & Trademarks

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, 3D models, software code, and documentation—is the exclusive property of Aura Interact and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. "Aura Interact", "BIMVerse XR", "AuraReal XR", and "VisionScape XR" are trademarks of Aura Interact.

Content Ownership

Unless otherwise explicitly stated in an SOW, Aura Interact retains all intellectual property rights to the underlying engines, platforms, and methodologies used to develop custom XR solutions. Client-provided data (e.g., CAD files, proprietary business logic) remains the property of the client.

Payments & Licensing

Access to our SaaS products and training platforms requires an active license or subscription. Payments must be made according to the terms specified in your invoice or enterprise agreement. Failure to maintain active licensing may result in the suspension of services and restriction of Firebase Authentication access.

Acceptable Use

When utilizing our software or participating in enterprise projects, you agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software or SaaS products.
• Use our platforms to transmit malicious code, malware, or illegal content.
• Exceed authorized API rate limits or abuse Firebase Functions and Storage capabilities.

Website Availability & Third-party Services

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Aura Interact does not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or SaaS platforms. Our services rely on third-party infrastructure, including Google Cloud and Firebase. We are not liable for outages, data loss, or performance degradation caused by these third-party providers.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

OUR SERVICES AND SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AURA INTERACT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA (INCLUDING 3D ASSETS), OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during demo requests, project scoping, or ongoing enterprise projects. This includes technical architecture, pricing, and business strategies.

Termination

Aura Interact reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website, SaaS products, or services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aura Interact is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
